Because Simi already has a little boy, she didn't really need a traditional baby shower during her second pregnancy. But her sister was so thrilled to learn she was expecting a baby girl this time around that she threw her a girls-only brunch just the same. We used fun and summery colors of sea green and watermelon pink on this 5X7 flat card, adorned with satin ribbon. And because this party is more about the mom-to-be than the baby-on-the-way, we embellished the card with a sassy maternity dress motif. The dress on its hanger is heat embossed onto the paper, giving it a raised and shimmery effect. Very cool!
