Flat photo cards are cute, to the point, and easy to display. But why go through the trouble to have one made, only to shove your annual letter in the envelope with it, photocopied onto a piece of ugly white paper? We designed this card to accomodate a large amount of text; but with the photo and pretty details front and center it is still easy to hang on the mantel after reading. We cut a 5x7 vertical fold card from wintry cool pool cardstock, and layered it with pure white printed layers. The front square panel features a color photo of grandson Jack with Ella the poodle, framed in pool and a blizzard of pool and red snowflakes. A red satin ribbon is tied above the greeting and signature. When the flap is lifted a letter to friends and family is printed in chocolate, along with the dog's pawprint signature. So cute. It was mailed in pool envelopes with red circular address labels, to give the whole package the same fun, festive look.
