An invitation to a fiftieth birthday party need not be all grim reaper jokes and cakes ablaze with candles. Friends of Nalini knew she would be nothing short of bummed out by old lady jokes, especially since she is as beautiful now as she was at nineteen! Instead we designed an invitation that is elegant and chic, just like her, embellished with a stylized cherry tree branch to remind everyone of her youthful beauty. The graphic is printed in strawberry, with text in sea green and strawberry. A sage green backing layer provides a colorful border, and the sea green envelope printed in strawberry ties it all together. At right, above, are photos opf some other similar designs we have used for parties celebrating those more world-wise. A fun graphic, colorful paper and beautiful fonts combine to create stylish birthday party invitations that are mature but not old fashioned.
