This very simple and inexpensive reverse-fold card comes in a teeny little envelope, 3.5x5 inches in size. The left edge of the card is printed with a light blue and sage polka dot, and the front features a little chick emerging from a blue egg above the words "just hatched." That panel folds open to reveal a photo of the new baby boy framed in blue and sage, and his name and stats printed opposite below a smaller version of the little hatchling.
