Having lived and travelled extensively in southern Africa, mother-to-be Moira was enamored of the graceful giraffes she had seen while on safari there. When the Exeter, New Hampshire woman and husband Alex learned they were expecting twins, we designed this announcement with two die cut giraffes holding a photo of the babies between them. The plum backing card and sage printed layer provide a crisp, clean backdrop for the black and white photo, matted on baby blue and strung from deep purple satin ribbon hanging between the giraffes. A cute little giraffe head peeks up over the envelope's rear flap, offering a taste of the adorable scene inside. The card is generously sized at 5.5x8.5 inches; luckily those boys weren't quite so oversized when born! (paper: sage, plum, bluebell. ribbon: purple satin. Fonts: Daffadowndilly and Corinthia.)
